Computer Based Part 1!!

Hi All
Can ne one tell me,what all v need to submit for the computerised part 1 exam.All i know is, v need to send sealed ECE report and application and a check ....i have the application with me,it does'nt say what all we need to send..i just want to know the list...also which one do u prefer CBT OR PBT.
can any body help me out with this...

u can apply online.... and pay online
ece directly sends the reports to ADA if u requested for it in the application to ECE.
thats alll that u need to do...
i think same for PBT....
whether PBT or CBT .. its ure decision.. this topic had been discussed earlier.... check earlier forums.. doa search
ultimately if u know ure subjects.. it doesnt matter whether u give CBT or PBT
