Computer info for KCOM'ers

In case you didn't know, you will need to get an ethernet card for your laptop if you want to access the KCOM's network while in class.

Yeah, so I heard...I'm about to reveal my computer un-savvy-ness...is there a specific type of ether net card I will need.

Also, last i spoke w/ KCOM, a week or so ago, they were still debating over making the purchase of a lap-top mandatory. The benefit to requiring one is that they can include the cost in your fin aid budget.
