Hey guys, so far I've taken three COMSAEs
Form D (through my school): 320
Form A (two weeks ago): 394
Form C (this morning): 372

My exam is in one week, and I'm a bit worried. I've got through all of DIT, and plan on hitting my weaknesses each day until the exam. Any thoughts on what I should do?

I plan on meeting with my school adviser to discuss it tomorrow. I've gone through at least 2,000 questions, but I just don't know what's not clicking.

I've been studying out of Pathoma, First Aid Basic Sciences, and Kaplan Pharmacology. I've watched the DIT series, and made notes in the three textbooks I'm using. The Qbanks that I'm using are COMBANK (both comlex and usmle), and UWorld. Then I've taken the three COMSAE exams.

To be honest, if i were you i'll take the COMLEX only if I am at least passing the COMSAEs. I plan to go to the exam knowing i'll pass. Try pushing your date ahead, and find time to go back and relearn some of the concepts. That is what I am doing right now, because I was doing okay with the qbanks during my courses but now that it is my dedicated study time, i am not doing as good as i want to. So i am going back to look at the concepts again from textbooks and class notes. Just reading First Aid or doing DIT will not help if you have forgotten the concepts.

Yea if you aren't passing practice tests don't take the real thing yet. Look at the breakdown of the tests and see what your weakest areas are and focus on those. For example, if you mess up pharm and micro..focus on those. In my schedule I have a day for each topic...read FA and read about the diseases online. Then I just do 2-3 random blocks of timed randoms before bed.

OP, How did this turn out for you? Curious how this year's COMSAEs are lining up with their COMLEX scores.
