What if the case was she was only presented with articles that opposed the political movement? Would the correct answer be not enough info, or B (I think that is assuming too much.)

Even if she is presented with articles that opposed the political movement, it is still possible that she holds onto her original supporting thoughts and this would be the case of belief perseverance.
In the case of the scenario in the question stem, there is also confirmation bias happening as she is paying more attention to information that supports her views.
 
Us humans don't change our minds and views very easily. I would look for an indicator saying that she was convinced of new information to change her views or something like that. Otherwise I think she would ignore information that disagrees with her views. It's all passage / question-stem dependent though.
