Conditional Acceptances?

I have applied to a few SMP programs which will be beginning in the fall of 2006. I am finishing up the last of my pre-requisite classes this semester (organic 2, physics 2). Do schools offer conditional acceptances pending these classes? or will my application not be considered complete until these classes are completed and the transcript sent and reviewed? Im a little concerned because that means that I will have to wait until June/July to find out what I am doing the beginning of August! thanks in advance!!!
