I'm applying in the summer of my junior year right now and I expect to graduate after I finish my senior year. Does that mean I will get my BA degree right after the final exams of next spring, which is around may? Or do schools send out the actual degrees like a month or two after that?

No one here can help you with this. Talk to your Registrar.

Your transcript may confer the degree weeks before you actually receive your diploma in the mail. It varies by school, but some take a long time after graduation to update the transcript (which is technically the only thing that matters). Ask your school when they usually add degrees to official transcripts.

Ok, so in AADSASS, you think it's fine to say I expect my degree on the month of May, which is when final exams are usually over for the spring semester?

If you graduate in May put down the month of May

Ok, thanks. By graduate, you mean by the time I finish my last final exam for the last class I'll ever need for my bachelors, right?
