Conflicting info at NOVA?

Hey everyone

Has anyone noticed that NOVA seems to have different information about their letter of rec requirements? The application says three letters of rec are required (two from professors, one from an optometrist). On their website, however, it lists four are required (three from professors, one from an optometrist). I've emailed them a few weeks ago with no response. Anyone know the "true" requirements? Ya, I have the same problem. I'm going to go with what the application says personally. I figure that should be most correct as it is the application. Anyways, somebody post if you know the answer.
