confused about percentiles and scoring

Hello. I am a bit confused about scoring system (American DAT).

So, the score you get right after you finish the exam is the standardized score, the score that will also appear on the official score sheet?

This standardization is done with same table as the tables from practice tests?
or would this table be different for the actual test?

Yes, the score you see on your score sheet is the official score that gets turned into the dental schools.

The table/score breakdown per test will vary depending on how hard/easy the test is. As far as I know the majority of them are very, very close to that breakdown.

Your percentage is the percentage of test takers that you scored higher than on that particular test.
