Confused about the 3 Einstein IM programs

Hi everyone,

I am looking at the Einstein Internal programs and it seems there are 3:

Moses and Weiler
Jaobi
Wakefield

Can anyone comment on how competitive each is? Also can anyone weigh in on the quality of each program?

Real Einstein - moderately competitive (although not compared to the other NYC academic medical centers)

Jacobi

County Einstein (mostly IMGs) - Not particularly competitive.

Wakefield

Never heard of this one until just now but it appears that it used to be Our Lady of Mercy. Assuming it hasn't changed since Monte bought it, all IMGs. - Not competitive.

It is also Einstein right? Where does it stand among the other Einstein programs

Between Jacobi and that weird new one. But it beats them all on location.

I work per-diem at Wakefield, seems like a pretty good spot. Residents know a lot from what I've seen. 👍
