Hi,

When I send my transcripts (3 universities, 3 transcripts) and composite letter to the AMCAS, is that the end of it? or will I also have to send them individually to the medical schools??

Are the MCAT scores sent automatically?

Also, What exactly happens if I send my application before I get my MCAT score? Will I have to take any further action? Or will the system work it out automatically?

Send your transcripts to AMCAS. These are verified and uploaded to your application. Don't worry about anything else. Give who is writing your composite letter the information required to upload it to amcas, such as the request form. When you select schools to apply to, select what schools are getting the letter. For schools that are not part of the electronic letter service you'll need to have the letter mailed. Usually the advisor's office does this if you give them addressed envelopes.

yes

Select that your MCAT date and notify if this is a future date. Your scores will be updated to AMCAS and sent to schools. If you apply DO then you need THx to send a score report to AACOMAS.
