Ok so maybe this is a silly question but when you are calculating your science GPA do you include ALL your science classes OR do you only include the science classes that are prereqs for whatever school it is you are applying to? In other words, if you have additional classes that are not required, do you still have to include them? Or do you just include EVERYTHING that is on your transcript?

I asked the same question in this thread a while back: http://forums.studentdoctor.net/showthread.php?t=522908

Basically, it is really dependant on each school. UF calculates the science GPA by using their pre-req science classes. That includes the basic core curriculum as well as the animal science and animal nutrition classes. KSU seems to just calculate their science based on their 35 specified pre-requisite credits. LSU on the other hand will use the classes they specify in addition to any other biological or animal science class in which you have received an A. So really, each school has their own way of doing things.
