Hi guys... So I'm pretty much done with my Associate degree. My GPA is very low 🙁, so my dilemma is finding an easy major in order to boos it up. I was thinking maybe business and finance or accounting. Any other suggestions? I would love to hear your opinion. Thanks guys!!!

"easy" major is a relative term
What I find easy, you might find very hard and vice-versa

If you can't get through the pre reqs how are you planning on making it through D-school. This isn't really the best time for short cuts. An easy major is whatever you are the best at....whether it be math or social sciences.

I must agree with that, plus accounting is not an easy major (at least not in my opinion). The whole time you are going to be getting prepared to take the CPA exam, which is intense. Therefore your schooling is intense so that the school has a high pass rate.

At my school the conservation and ecology major seems pretty easy. But that is MY opinion on it. That doesn't necessarily make it correct.

Also, not to seem rude, but if you need a 'help' with GPA by having an easy major how are you going to survive the difficult, fast paced dental classes? I would almost think that taking on a rigorous major such as biology or chemistry might help you better prepare for the intense schooling you would encounter in dental school. You are just going to have to focus hard core on classes and raise that GPA.

Is your associate degree all your pre-req's? If so, getting a 3.8 in an accounting major won't help you if you have a 2.7 in your pre-reqs. You have a science and an overall. Both should be around a 3.3 i

+1

Your first year of dental school will mainly be basic sciences, which is like the prerequisites on steroids. It is in your best interests to choose something you like, but also something that will challenge you, otherwise you stand no chance of making in in dental school, assuming you get accepted in the first place.
