confusing topics/where to study from

i have a lotta trouble understanding the following topics:
1)pyramidal/extrapyramidal tracts and their functions
(ex-damage to one side causes sensory loss on other side?)
2) how to remember AA and their deaminiation/oxidation/reduction etc etc
3) action potential/membrane
4)colloid pressure,hydrostatic pressure,osmotic pr etc etc etc


can somebody please guide me as to where i should study these topcs from? cuz i notice im getting a lot of q's wrong cuz i dont know these topcs well
Also, my exam is exactly a month away, previos test takers, please guide as to if i should start doin q papers now or readings?
released exams im getting 75% raw score...is that good👍, bad👎 .....?
sorry for such a lengthy thread.
any ideas/advice will be appreciated from the bottom of my heart. and god bless everybody who is helping someone.🙂

Either Wiki or Kaplan Review Notes or Review book will help you.
If you have a physiology text book (Guyton) or biochem text (lippincot), read those specific topics. Personally, I don't think you need to go through the text books. Good luck!
