Considering HPSP scholarship... where to start?

Just got my first acceptance into dental school today. I am very interested in the HPSP scholarship for the Navy. Is it too late to apply? Can anyone give me some advice on where to start, or point me in the right direction?

Sorry, I never really looked into this. But I have seen this thread (HPSP C/O 2023) floating around. It might give you an idea
