Contacting schools about cancelled mcat

Hey all, a couple weeks back I posted about being uncertain about retaking the MCAT. The overwhelming majority consensus was that I should not retake and so I cancelled my registration. But I had already submitted my primary then and have already submitted a few secondaries. On my primary I didn't indicate that I was going to retake but I did have my official scores sent from AAMC.

Soooo do I need to call each school and let them know not to expect an MCAT update and if so, how do I go about doing this? Will there be a potential situation where they ask why I cancelled or will it be looked down upon?
