Has anyone been able to call The Berkeley Review.

The number they give: 1-800-622-8827 doesn't work!

I ordered my books 2 weeks ago and they haven't come. They were prompt in replying to my e-mails when I asked about shipping fees, but it seems they have no interest in replying after I've sent off my money. I expected the books on Monday and now it's Thursday. I also ordered the 7 CBTs and I haven't had any online notification that I can use those.

Hmmm...

Yes, I've e-mailed them twice and received no response.

Like I said, they were very prompt in replying to my e-mails when I was inquiring about shipping fees and general interest in ordering, but now that my money has been sent in they don't seem interested in replying to me.

I just sent another e-mail too.

i dont know how i have this num but : 5108438378 sometimes they answer but sometimes they dont bc on another line etc...but will return your call if you leave a message...hope this helps

Thanks!

I don't know where you go that number, but it works!
Of course no one picked up, but hopefully they call back soon.
This company is neanderthal in its dealings.

just keep calling, took me a while to get a hold of them but eventually someone picked up (this was yesterday....)

I feel your pain... I like all of BR books but I really think they need light years of improvement in customer service... I agree if its their California hippi thing for not accepting credit cards, but when you have placed that order, and your mcat is approaching, and they don't pick up the phone... it hurts

But trust me, its not that they are not answering the phone cause they have your money..

Be persistent and you will get in touch with them..

They took a long time to send my stuff...thought they maybe stole my money...but they e-mailed the tracking number eventually and my books came.
