Hey guys, I was wondering if I could get some advice or input on content review. Specifically for physics and Gen Chem.
I started a Kaplan class this week and have been pretty happy with the instruction thus far. I already started reading along in their Physics review notes. However I am noticing that it is not too in depth.
Just as an example, the chapter on work and energy only mentioned springs but had no mention of basic formulas related to the energy of springs like (1/2)k(x^2).
I definitely like that Kaplan has broken down the material to what's most important for the MCAT but I am wondering if what I learn from these is enough to know all the content needed for the MCAT.
I just finished both Physics and O-Chem this semester and took Bio and Gen Chem a year ago, so I am definitely familiar with the concepts, but I don't remember much of anything from Physics I and Gen Chem.
So I just wanted to ask for some general opinions on whether the content covered in the Kaplan review notes is sufficient for the MCAT, or if I should look at other review books like EK or TBR to supplement what Kaplan is covering.
Many thanks =]
