So I just started with Princeton Review for the mid August MCAT. Would I be fine with their schedule or do I need to add in my own additional review?

Also, they will only be giving us 5 practice exams (including both TPR and AAMC exams) and want us to take one at the end of this week. Wouldn't that be a waste of time and pracitic resources though since I just started content review today? Would it be smarter if I just save that resource until when I am ready to start practicing?

And another thing - I started reading the first chapter of Bio but I'm already getting lost in the info. Should I be taking notes and how much time should I be spending on that?

I am also in the TPR class right now and you're misunderstanding.

To get the free course if you don't do as well as you like, you need to 1) come to all the classes and 2) take at LEAST 5 core tests and 3) take the MCAT within 45 days of the class ending.

There are actually 20 total full length CBTs in the online student portal.

Oh, that sounds a lot better than.

Do you think the TPR schedule is sufficient by itself or would it be better to supplement it with additional practice?

That depends. Take diags at decent (1-2 week) intervals and see if you're improving just from TPR. If you're not, then maybe additional practice is necessary.
