Contents of pre med committee letter

When a med school asks for a committee letter from your undergrad college, are there specific questions they want answered? Or is it open ended, ie "tell us about this candidate"? Do different med schools ask for different things? TIA

Schools can also request a letter from the institution's dean of conduct to confirm a matriculating student's record on institutional actions.

This is the type of content that is expected to be in an LOR, whether committee or individual. Med schools don't ask for anything other than a number of letters (if not committee)

Your committee likely knows what the letters need to contain: committees right quite a few of them most years.
