Continuing Education - Lincensed PTs

Anyone have any good recommendations about continuing education?

I currently have my MTC from USA. I've thought about doing NAIOMT certification but not sure, I know it's a good one, but not sure if I'm ready to commit to it quite yet, plus it's a lot of traveling (> expense). Same goes for McKenzie and the other certification courses.

I'm really just looking for a good sports medicine course or 2 that people have attended. Anyone been to the courses put on my Kevin Wilk or Mike Reinold?

I was wondering about continuing education and certifications. They sound awesome to me, how long/how much $$ does it take to get a certification in pediatrics or any other certifications?

Anything by Wilk and Reinold is pretty good. I'd also recommend anything by Todd Ellenbecker and George Davies.
