"Continuing Medical Education" lecture credit on applications/updates?

I have an opportunity to sit in on a lecture on concussions at the hospital where I work. It is eligible for CME credit but its kind of a wash for me because I dont have any kind of license to upkeep.

Is it worth mentioning something like this on an application update to schools? It sounds interesting so I will probably go regardless.
