Hi guys,

So I got email from a potential employer. In it it says that the conversion RVU factor is $100.0. From my research : Total RVU X conversion RVU factor = your payment.

So 100.0 is probably good right?
What would be considered a standard conversion factor?

100 is very fair especially starting.

conversion RVU is what hospital might be getting paid. you will be paid work RVU which is approx 60-70 dollars
