Coordinating the Applications - LORs

Hi, I'll be completing my applications this summer for the entering class of 2005/2006. How did you guys coordinate the LORs for your secondaries? Did you go several times to the same person or did you wait until all your secondaries came in to ask for your LORs? I'm also a Canadian applicant, which complicates the whole process, considering that I will be applying to canadian schools as well. Their deadlines here are december 1st whearas in the US, the first day to apply is early june/july.

Any thoughts?

Hi,

My undergraduate school handled all my letters and the process of sending them all out eahc time I contacted them and told them I had heard from a school. Thye did this for me even though I had already graduated. The pre-med advisor handles them.

Their are some organizations where you can have your LOR writers send them their form and they will send them out for you. Perhaps someone knows the name of the company, since I am drawing a blank at the moment.
