I have a publication from undergrad, but I can't find the original copy! This was some time ago, and I might have misplaced it. Is it expected to provide a paper copy of all your publications during the interview?

No. In rare cases where the interviewer is actually interested, he might ask you to send him a copy. Otherwise you might just be asked to talk intelligently about the topic and your role in the research. But you don't need to bring that kind of stuff to the interview. Don't rely on props in the interview.

Have you checked pubmed to see if it's indexed there?

Doubt they would expect you to provide a copy, but be sure you know the subject. Depending on the subject, your interviewer may be very familiar with the topic.

I agree with all the post above. Although its smart to have a copy of any publication you were involved in, You will never be asked to provide a copy. At least I never got asked for any of mine during my residency interviews.

Although do you have a formal citation for the paper? I think you sorta need that at the minimum to put down on your publication list.

Slightly unrelated, but do you offer your resume or just give it if they ask for it? I was told to bring copies with me, but have never given it out...

I've brought copies of publications to each interview "just in case" in my little interview folio thing and no one has asked to see them. In a couple of instances, the interviewer had a print out of one of them but otherwise no one cares. Be able to talk intelligently about the subject for a couple of minutes and you'll be fine.
