Hey, people,

I realized I messed up my study abroad part of the application and contacted SOPHAS to ask about it. They told me all the corrections that would need to be made (not too many; but more than the study abroad). They asked me if I want to do it now or at verification. I chose now. I guess they send it back through SOPHAS and I re-submit it with corrections?...They said that since my original was already sent by the deadline, that it should be okay.

Has anyone else had to make corrections before and did it okay (past deadline date)? Is it any different than waiting for verification???

I am so afraid that I will mess it up and not get in/the application sent to designated school because of this....it was submitted on time and I already paid.

I do realize I am replying to my own thread. But, I was told by the people at SOPHAS that it is a shorter wait if you wait until verification to make corrections rather than doing it before. The reason why is because if you do it before, you get put at the end of the list. If you wait until verification, then you wait a maximum of 2 days.

Just wanted to pass that along. 🙂
