Ans42. Infection from facial vein can spread via Superior opthalmic vein to cavernous sinus.

- Lingual artery is medial to hyoglossus m.

- LMN cause ipsilateral damage

superior & inferior ophthalmic veins.inferior ophthalmic vein can also give a branch to the pterygoid plexus of veins resulting in a communication between the cavernous sinus and the pterygoid plexus

lateral to hyoglossus are the lingual n, lingual vein, submandibular duct and hypoglossal nerve

Epiploic foramen of winslow communicates?
greater omentum and omental bursa

Lower motor neuron lesion causes what?
ipsilateral paralysis/weakness(on the same side) as the fibers have already crossed
