for Cu 1s2 2s2 2p6 3s2 3p6 4s1 3d10
does represent ground state or excited state....i know for other elements somethign like this would rep. an excited state but since this is one of the excepts where the 3d adds b4 4s....would this be considered the ground state for copper....and if the last two were written as 4s2 3d9...would that be considered the excited state?
also throughout destroyer i never used the temp Kit was always 275....so i know when involving STP always use 275K what type of questions need to be asked to use 298?
