couples match-what if one person is early match?

Does anyone know if there is some system where couples can still match together even if one person does early match? If not, what is the best way to ensure that my fiance and I will stay together?

I have friends that are doing that- you can't as far as I know. He matched ENT, she's doing medicine. She made sure she let the program at his site know that she was definitely going to rank them #1 and explained why. He also called his director and requested a phone call be made .They are married, so I imagine that so long as they didn't hate her, that they will try to accomodate. Good luck!!
