I know this is quite common for medical residencies, but has anyone done it for dental residencies? How'd it work out? Would you recommend it? What tips/advice would you give?

were both couples competitive for their respective residency i.e was it pretty surprising it didn't work out for them?

This makes me very sad for them. I can’t begin to imagine what finding out was like.
