Course Retake Question

I recently called AACOMAS to ask a similar question and I was told they weren't allowed to give any answers to whether or not a course would count for retake. They also told me to direct these types of questions to the premed counselors at my school or to the med school I plan on applying to. I asked both and they also aren't really able to give me a solid answer. 🙁

There was a thread posted on here not too long ago of someone who asked the same thing. The person was told by aacomas that the school of the original course would have to send them a letter stating that their original 4 credit course is equivalent to 3 credit lecture + 1 credit lab. I can't validate this but perhaps you can find the forum and message the op of that thread. try aacomas again or individual do schools. there might be one admission staff member who has seen your case. If u haven't already, do search for other schools nearby with a course structured exactly as your original...just in case you hear bad news.
