Greetings everyone, I am currently a sophomore and a chemistry major. I have been thinking of switching to biology mainly because of the calculus based physics requirement. The professors for calculus based physics 2 are not good. I do want to take the upper level chemistry classes but I dont want to risk my GPA getting hit hard. My question deals with my course schedule for the spring. I am taking organic chemistry 2/ lab, algebra based physics I/lab, and cell biology. I have thought of taking quantitative analytical chemistry instead of cell biology. Is this a good decision? I also have one more slot to fill. Thank you for your help.

Taking Org Chem, Physics and Cell Bio at once is a lot(depending on the person) but if you have doubts about the rigor take a lighter class instead of three difficult classes at once, do you have anymore general education credits to fulfill?

I have no general education credits left to fulfill. However, I have thought of doing research for credit. What is your thought of taking quant instead of cell biology?

Med schools don't care about your major, so you'll be fine!

Quant's pretty much a blowoff class, so you'll be ok.

Interesting, that you would say that quant is a blowoff class. Lecture component doesn't seem bad, but the lab on the other hand
