subbing is a great job to have while preparing for the MCAT. i was a science sub before i started med school and i had tons of extra time to do other things. personally i wouldn't take grad classes - you'll get enough of that your first two years. also - you might try private tutoring chem/bio/physics to high school kids - you can make bucks and besides, you have to relearn that crap for the MCAT anyway.
