I just took

Chem 1&2
Bio 1
Calc 1

I heard that I need to take Microbio, bio2, Ochem 1&2, genetics and anatomy&physiology before taking PCAT..
However I found that Ochem 2 and genetics are not really on the PCAT.
Which one of those courses are definitely needed in order to take PCAT??

Based on my experience, you definitely need to take:
Chem 1 & 2, Ochem 1
Bio 1 & 2, Microbio
College Algebra, Trigonometry, Cal 1

These classes are enough for you to get a high score in PCAT if you study seriously. To me, Anatomy & Ochem 2 & Genetics are not needed and do not really affect your PCAT score <they may have 2, 3 questions about Ochem 2 though>.

Definitely take Ochem I...there were only one or 2 questions about Ochem II on my test...but you might want to take the class anyway because it reinforces Ochem I. I'm not really sure what bio 2 is because I only took AP biology back in high school although I did take cell bio for my major (not that helpful). Physiology is pretty helpful. Microbiology wasn't that helpful on my test...but I'm sure this varies with tests. No anatomy and definitely no genetics. Calc 2 isn't really tested at all...my easiest questions were Calc questions bc they were only simple integrations/derivations. The harder ones for me were the algebra story problems.

Try taking a practice test and see how well you know the information. I definitely agree that you need at least OChem1 to do well in the Chemistry section. A lot of OChem questions came up on my exam.
