Courses while applying

I am applying this June. I am also taking biochem and genetics during either this summer or fall. A) Does taking these courses, even if pending, help my app? B) How do I make sure that these courses are considered during the application cycle? C) Is there an advantage to taking a summer course over a fall course? Thanks

A) Probably not.

B) List them on AMCAS as courses that are currently in progress and/or courses that you're willing to take.

C) No, unless you're willing to wait to submit your app until after your classes are done, which would probably be a bad idea.
