Covid Compliance Officer- clinical experience or just a cool EC?

I'm a non-trad who works in theatre and live events. I'm starting to get into doing Covid Compliance officer gigs for big award shows. Could this be a clinical experience? Or just maybe a cool experience to mention on application?
