CPJE LICENSING FROM NYC

I am looking to transfer from NY TO CA. I am currently a pharmacist in NY. I have been a pharmacist since 2014. I was looking at the process to obtain a license in CA.
I just wanted to make sure I have the right steps?

1st : Request a electronic license transfer through NABP?

2nd: Fill out the CA board of license application.

3rd: Once CA board approves me, then only can I sign up for CPJE??
