Crack NBDE score clarifying!!!

Hi guys!
Today i took the NBDECrack 1 diagnostic for the 1st time.
the results are:
anatomy 87
Bio\Phy 87
micro\path 88
DA\occl 91

so 88 as average.

But im not sure i really understand system of estimating,because out of 400 Q i got around 280 correct...
is it the same thing as an real exam?
i mean,can i anticipate at least 88 score on real NBDE?

I got a 89 on the 1st crack the NBDE, and I ended up getting a 93 on the real thing. It is a little bit tougher than the actual test, so I think you will do just fine.

Cause at 1st,when i saw 88-i was pleasant(i have 1,5 months left before exam)!!!
But the raw score is not really encouraging...

Same with me. Even I took the first test today and scored 89 but the raw score was 280/400

hey guys....even i was planning to do 'crack the ndbe' but was a bit skeptical as there are so many books which give lot of promises about ndbe but in reality are not that good.....but after reading ur discussion i feel that this cud be really helpful........if any of u can throw some more light about 'crack the nbde'....whether one shud go for simple version or deluxe one....and when shud one do it....in the middle of preparation or after one has done the basic stuff.....

it wud be a real help if u guys wud give some suggestion......

"Crack the NBDE" is like a simulation before appearing for exam. Simple version is enough I guess. You take the first test after you have done with your basics and solved a couple of ASDA paper for each subject. I would prefer to take the second test after solving all ASDA papers. It doesn't have any explainations, but it will tell you which subject is weak.
