Cross-Listed BCPM Courses

I've seen a few threads on this, but none that seem exceptionally relevant to my case. There is a class cross-listed in both the English and Math department that analyzes texts as data using computational resources - it's titled "Machine Readings." Would this count as a BCPM course, if I take the version labeled as "Math"?

If it's listed as a math course, it's math. Very unlikely that it will be changed.
