It finishes at 10ish, so it's not that bad. Obviously, you can't fly out that night, but I don't think it's that bad. If you have the option of an available date but the night exam, I'd suggest taking it. For my part, I kinda liked it in the afternoon, I got to sleep in, do some last minute reading, grab lunch, get over to the test site leisurely and go into it with energy rather than waking up early and getting there in a hurry in a strange city. The test really flies and you're constantly amped with all the time limits and quick changes (15 min --> 10 min --> 15 min --> 10 min --> 15 min --> 10 min etc etc), so unless you're the kind of person who's in bed by 9 everyday, I'd say it's fine.
