I failed my first attempt back in February. I have no clear idea how since I'm an AMG with no red flags on my clinical record. On my recollection of test day, most of the encounters were fairly routine and I don't see how I could have bombed both the ICE and CIS.

It is too late to retake before residency begins. Is a rescore worth it? I would hate to have a fail on my record...

They don't go through the notes again, and your CIS is scored by the patients, so that doesn't get a relook either. They only tally the scores a second time. But I'm not an AMG so I'm probably not in the best position to offer advice about whether it's worth it.

Thanks for your response. My school is puzzled at the high number of failures...but the chances are very remote that something can be done at this point to reverse the fail. I just wonder if anyone has had luck with reversing their score?

Better donate the amount to charity and prepare again for CS.....Even if you request to recheck your cs performance, most likely there wont be any change....
