So I just graduated college with a BS in Bio 3.32 cGPA and sGPA and was planning attending medical school, but due to poor planning I am seeking to do an MPH that would start in the Spring at St. Louis University.

I just took the MCAT a week ago and will not get my scores back until late september. I do not think I did as well as I wanted to, so I am going to guess a 27R...

My main curiosity is with SLU what makes a good candidate? Is a 3.3 a decent GPA?

Also, with the MCAT, what is a decent score to get into a MPH program?

Just reading the forum here it seems like with an MPH you should have a 3.0 or better and a decent test score, but the admissions comitee prolly will look at experience and what classes you took equally.

Your GPA is right around the ballpark. I am not sure what type of relevant experience you have, but prior experience and research will help you on your application. Are you looking to enter a top 10 or top 5 program?

What concentration or track are you interested in?

I was only planning on applying to SLU, since I have strong family ties there.
It is not top ten, but I hope to use it to help spring board me towards my goal of med school.

Being a pre-med my experience has been volunteering in a hospital and shadowing doctors and not much of the larger public health, but I did get a chance to see the inner workings of a hospital and interact with doctors, so that might be something.

I am really interested in the disaster and bio terror concentration. It seems very relevant to our world today.

quite frankly, I don't see an MPH being much of a med school app booster. You would probably be better off in a science grad program (MS?) where you could earn A's to strengthen your med school app.
