I had 5 Cs and countless Bs by the end of college. Currently at a T15. You'll be fine.

Second, answer is No. Who told you that you needed to have a 4.0 to get into med school?

Failed orgo 2 and calc 2, retook them and got C+ for both classes, life is okay now.

B+ in orgo is considered a GOOD score, not a bad one
