Hi,
I am a non EU graduate, currently working in Ireland. I am ECFMG certified as well( but the US option does not appear to be working out).
Ireland is good and everything but I feel that further training here is long and difficult to get.
I am interested to know about germany. How is it for training in internal med. Are non EU grads able to get positions at a reasonable hospital. Is the shortage still there or is it starting to saturate.
I know about the language requirements and am willing to put in the effort if the prospects are good enough.
