I'm just curious....It seems to me that most of the people on these boards applied really early (like beginning of the cycle). Just wondering how many people around here are like me and just interviewing now and/or just finishing apps now.

Seriously, why? I would like to know why it truly matters...

I'm just not getting it. If you are concerned about getting in, I would figure that you would get them in asap since getting into medical school is relatively competitive...

Actually it's not a huge deal to me, which is why I said I was just curious and I don't know why you needed to be so "harsh" about it considering I've seen posts MUCH more ridiculous then mine. Second I did get my application AS SOON AS all my app. stuff was finished (MCAT Scores in, in other words), however, by the time my letters of Rec. got there etc. I'm just now getting my interviews. I think I find it more amusing that if you think nobody should care about my posting that you should even bother to reply to it.

If you think I'm being "harsh", I'm not. You might be a tad "insensitive" to what other people have to say on these boards. Like I mentioned before, I wasn't quite sure what you were trying to elicit from your post. ANYWAY, good luck....and watch those deadlines😀

not to worry. i finished my app's late as well. being an august mcat'er doesn't really work to your advantage...but i have been fortunate enough to have gotten a bunch of interviews...both at allopathic (7) and osteo schools (2).

just sit tight and wait. they'll be coming in dude..if i can do it...u def can as well. 🙂

I realize you weren't necessarily being harsh....I just think it's amusing people have to jump on people so quickly. I actually have three interviews (one done) and looking forward to them....sort of. I had just noticed that not many people around here seemed like they were interviewing now. Thanks for the wishes......no hard feelings 🙂

I sent in my secondary to VCOM on Dec. 26 and interviewed on Jan 7, accepted Jan 12.
