Is there a sample one on the net. I don't know how to write one

What do you need the CV for? If you do a google search for "examples physician curriculum vitae" you will pull up a load of results. When applying for residency positions through ERAS, you don't actually have to submit a CV. The software will formulate one for you based on your Common Application Form.
