Cursing during interview = blackballed?

Nah, they'll probably just make you wash your mouth out with soap if you go there.

(Dude, relax--that resident has better things to do than go tattle on you for using a "bad word" :laugh: While I'd try not to do it again, a little slip in casual conversation isn't going to be a big deal)
 
Accidentally said "ass" at an interview last week and can't stop thinking about how stupid it was. Luckily it was with the husband's of one of the faculty and a resident not an actual attending faculty, but still... What a bonehead move. Are people like this usually blackballed? Applying to anesthesia which is more "chill", but still...

Anybody else made huge gaffs like that?
