CV listed as program requirement?

I have noticed a bunch of programs that list "current CV" as a requirement for application to residency. Since this is not part of ERAS, does anyone know how one can submit at CV? I am confused, as submission seems to be completely through ERAS. Thanks!

I think the CV they mention is what is generated when you list your experiences
