Hi everyone,

This question is directed towards anyone who has experience using RXConnect. I personally hate the system, but since I have to use it, may I ask how one would transfer out a prescription that is placed "on hold" aside from print screen and faxing the information to the other pharmacy. Is there a way we can back out of the "on hold" status and proceed with transferring out?

Please let me know. Thank you.

No. You will have to print the hardcopies and fax it manually. M2 --> prescription maintenance--> print hardcopy

Don't get creative. If they tell you to fax it... fax it. You could do a verbal but that may take even longer by the time the other CVS picks up the phone.
