I agree with @Likkriue and would not necessarily trust this unless it really is straight from the ADA. There are so many versions of the DAT floating around that I would just do my best to prepare for any and all of the biology topics. It is a lot of material, but trust me that you will be thanking yourself come test day when you know more than you might need to know. The saying for the DAT bio is "breadth over depth" and I think it is 100% true. There is unfortunately no way to prepare for the bio section other than through hard work and exposing yourself to as many topics and problems as possible.
Each exam is literally so random you have NO idea what you will get. I had ZERO plant biology questions, but my friend had 4. Just prepare for everything.
