Hi, guys. I took the DAT recently and my scores were :

AA 20 (Bio 21, both Chems 23, both QC/RC 17)
TS 22
PAT 20
GPA science and total 3.92
And, should I worry about QC/RC even though I got high science scores (I'm not going to the math school 😉) and is there chance to get invitation to an interview.
Thank you all for answering.

I'm pretty sure you'll get into multiple schools, unless you do really really really really bad in the interview

It's looking pretty good. I'm sure you'll get interviews.

ok, thanx for answering. My surprise was that font on the reading section was too small so that I could barely skim thru the passages.

it it possible to get into at least one dental school with such scores. U know school always gives u 3 scores averages: AA, TS, PAT which are good, I think but if u look at that RC/QR ... it's like I know science but cannot sometimes read and calculate numbers.😀

Your GPA will make up the low RC/QR scores

thew, feels better now ... now it's time for waiting to be inveted to interview, how long it was for u guys?

I think thats what the transcript is for....it tells you why the guy has a 3.9 GPA

Your grades are fine (unless you go to some no name school) -Stop being so insecure - I wouldn't worry about anything.

Don't discount the importance of the RC section... it's one of the (if not the most) heavily weighted sections on the DAT. Schools will definitely look at your RC score regardless of how high your AA, TS, and PAT scores are.

I wouldn't worry too much though... you've got a good GPA and decent DAT scores. If you had <16 on either QR or RC, I'd be worried, but that's clearly not the case.

Good luck...

If you told this to the Adcoms, they'd probably ignore your 17. GL :luck:
